Look for something you can do for a loved one before they ask you to do it and don't have any alterative motives for what you're doing. That's NOT why you're doing it. You're doing something nice for a loved one and that thought alone should be your payment. Sounds good doesn't it?!? And you never know you scratch her back and she may scratch yours.
